Mission-critical facilities are defined by what must never happen. A data centre that is delivered on budget but drops its load during commissioning has not been delivered at all, and an expansion that takes down the live hall next door has caused more damage than the new capacity is worth.

We construct data centres, network and telecommunications facilities, and control and operations centres — the buildings, the electrical distribution from utility service through to rack, the mechanical cooling that keeps them within envelope, and the redundancy that lets any single component fail without consequence.

Commissioning is where these projects are actually proven, so we plan it from the first week rather than the last. Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning, integrated systems testing and full load-bank verification are scheduled activities with defined duration, and we build to the concurrent maintainability and fault tolerance the client's Tier objective requires — then demonstrate it under test.

Facility shell & structure: Purpose-built halls with the floor loading, ceiling heights, security separation and expansion capacity the use demands.
Critical power: Utility service, medium-voltage distribution, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, busway and PDU installation.
Mechanical cooling: Chilled water and DX systems, CRAC and CRAH units, containment strategies and direct liquid cooling for high-density racks.
Fire & security systems: Early-warning detection, clean-agent and pre-action suppression, access control and surveillance infrastructure.
Live expansion: Additional halls, power trains and cooling capacity added to operating facilities without interrupting the existing load.
Commissioning-led scheduling: The commissioning programme is built first and the construction schedule works backwards from it, so testing is never the activity that gets compressed.
Redundancy verification: N+1 and 2N configurations are proven by failing components under load, not assumed from the single-line diagram.
Integrated systems testing: Electrical, mechanical and controls are tested together under full load bank, including utility failure and generator transfer.
Method of procedure discipline: Every activity touching live infrastructure runs under a written, reviewed and approved MOP with rollback defined in advance.
Change control: Work in operating facilities follows the client's change-management process with defined windows and named approvers.
Tier objectives: Facilities are built to the concurrent maintainability or fault tolerance the client's Tier target requires and verified against it.
Electrical standards: Installation to the Canadian Electrical Code with arc-flash study, coordination study and full protective-device settings.
Commissioning levels: Documented Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning with witnessed scripts and a complete issues log at turnover.
Security & vetting: Personnel screening, escorted access and confidentiality controls appropriate to the facility's classification.
